



First I started with a new summer salad with a dressing of cilantro, lime, and olive oil, mixed over all the good summertime veggies: cherry tomatoes, fresh corn off the cob, and avocado. I was inspired by the summery feel and put on some fully cooked Cilantro Spicy chicken sausages (easily replaced for all you non-blood thirsty.) We ate some Chesapeake Bay and Beer flavored chips on the side, but any crunchy potato chip will do. Harry added some mayo mixed with Old Bay to his sausage to go "extra Maryland".
